I would like to take a few moments to recognize Mr. Jim Mundell for his outstanding and dedicated service while acting on our behalf as property manager and then Realtor. Throughout our time working together, Mr. Mundell displayed a care and attention to detail that surprised and impressed me. I feel that his honest opinions and endless knowledge regarding the housing market in the area were the major factors in getting our property sold when others could not. I never felt as though Mr. Mundell was trying to squeeze me for more money than any problem was worth, and he always kept me up-to-date on situations that warranted my attention. I appreciate Mr. Mundell's no-nonsense approach to business, yet his friendliness shined through every time we spoke. He was personable enough that I never wanted to avoid answering his calls (even after two buyers backed out of contracts), and each conversation left me feeling more confident with him representing us. I wanted to write a thank you letter for your help over the last couple years. I am very thankful to have been recommended to have you as my property manager for my house in San Angelo. Being a military member and having to move out of Texas, you took care of my property extremely well with constant updates and reassurance. Although there was a fire accident in the house, thankfully no one was hurt; the process afterwards was seamless. I really appreciated the connection and working with my dad when he flew out to assess the damage and search for contractors as COVID had hit and I was locked down from traveling anywhere outside of my local area. Thank you for you and your family in taking care of the yard and outside of the house while the work was being done, keeping the house appearance constantly clean and fresh. As it turned out, once the house was renovated, it was in the best interest for me to sell my house, which in turn, you became my real-estate agent. In one week after listing, you found a buyer and we closed a couple weeks later. All in all, the experience working with you has been exceptional. Hard-working, family oriented, and efficiently excellent. I could not have asked for a better property manager, real estate agent and friend.

I feel like the company provides the frame around the presentation of a home
that’s being sold. Coldwell name is very attractive in the market and a great
place to showplace your home.
Our realtor, Jim Mundell, we used both in the purchase of our home and now
the selling of our home. He is honest, respectful, and very knowledgeable

Just a short note about the recent sale of my home in Bentwood. I have known Jim Mundell for over 30 years thru our golf activities at Bentwood, so when I decided to sell my home there it was an easy choice to ask Jim to handle it. It turned out that he was just as good a realtor as he is a golfer--and that's very good! He handled all the remodeling for me to get it ready to sell. After getting it ready it was on the market about 16 days before it sold. He knows what he is doing and what it takes to sell a home.
